Cancellation Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality creative services that exceed expectations. Because every project is customized and tailored to meet your unique needs, our refund policy is as follows: Digital Services (Web Design, Branding, Graphic Design, Publishing, Editing, etc.): ✅ Eligibility for Refunds: * If the project has not yet begun (i.e., no design, consultation, or written work has been started), a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee. * If the project has begun but is under 25% completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed to date. * If the project is more than 25% complete or delivered, no refunds will be issued. 🚫 No Refunds For: * Completed services. * Client-requested delays or non-responsiveness causing project stagnation. * Subjective dissatisfaction after final approval (e.g., "I just changed my mind"). * Publishing or ghostwriting services where time and labor have already been invested.
